Funeral services will be conducted at the William R. Carafa & Son Home For Funerals 389 Washington Ave. Chelsea on Thursday, March 29. Rev. Richard T. Loring will be officiating the service at 11 A.M. Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend.

Visiting hours will be held Wednesday only from 4-8 P.M. Services will conclude at the funeral home on Thursday morning. Cemetery private.

Leonard M. Frost, of Revere, passed away on Saturday evening March 24, 2012 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, surrounded by loving family members. He was 73 years of age. Born in Chelsea, he was the son of the late Albert and Madge Evelyn (Brown) Frost. In 1960, Leonard married the love of his life, Jean E. (McLellan) Frost. In January, they celebrated 52 years of marriage. After settling down with Jean, Leonard worked as a class A diesel mechanic at the former United Trucking, out of Somerville. As a result of a back injury, Leonard had to curtail the work he so enjoyed as a mechanic, but it did not stop him from keeping busy with his mechanical skills.

Lenard was the devoted father of Laura A. Manning and her husband Shawn of Revere, Lorna J. Frost and her husband Hector Gonzalez, Lynn M. Frost, all of Lynn. Uncle of Buddy Frost Jr. of Chelsea. Dear brother of the late Albert Frost. Leonard is also lovingly survived by 5 grandchildren, Thomas Babson, Michael Babson, both of Revere, Adrianna Frost, Luis Gonzalez, Destiny Roisten, all of Lynn.
