Ann passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She was 86 years of age.  Born in Boston, she is the daughter of the late William C. and Sarah (Connors) Follis.  For many years Ann traveled with her husband during his years in the armed forces, but she was a Chelsea resident for most of her life.  Throughout her working career, Ann worked at Chelsea Clock, Beacon Wiper and finally, Panco Rubber, where she trimmed rubber for the soles of shoes.  During her retirement she enjoyed playing Beano at the Polish Club in Chelsea.  She was also a 40 year member of the Top 3 Military Retired Association.

Ann was predeceased by her husband, Harvey C. Raley, Sr., her 4 children, Harvey C. Raley, Jr., William Raley, Darlene and Karen Raley, and her 2 brothers, William C. Follis and Frederick Follis. She is the beloved mother of Carol Ann Raley of Chelsea.  Dear sister of James F. Follis and his wife Gloria of Malden.  She is also lovingly survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS:  Funeral services will be conducted in the Carafa Family Funeral Home 389 Washington Ave. Chelsea on Monday April 23 at 11:00 A.M. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.  Relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend.  Visiting hours will be held in the Funeral Home on Sunday from 3-7 P.M.
