Arthur passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, April 1, 2026, at the Care One in Peabody.  He was 82 years of age.  Born and raised in Chelsea, Arthur was the son of the late James and Alice (Neri) Deleidi.  Arthur dedicated his working career as a plumber for the City of Chelsea, providing 21 years of service before retiring in 2003.

Arthur was an avid fisherman who enjoyed the ocean and boating always in search of a bigger striped bass.

Arthur was the husband of Mildren H. (McHatton) Deleidi of Chelsea.  Devoted father of Deanna Finnigan (spouse Gary "Butch" Finnigan) of Saugus MA, Paula Deleidi (spouse of Ray Melvin Peabody MA) Arthur Deleidi of Chelsea, MA and Robert Deleidi (Spouse Stephanie Deleidi) of Omaha, NE.   Dear brother of the late Deanna Deleidi, Raymond Deleidi, Richard Deleidi.  Also lovingly survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICES:  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Celebration of Arthur's Life in the Carafa Family Funeral Home, 389 Washington Ave., CHELSEA on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 9:00 - 10:30 A.M.   All services will conclude in the Funeral Home.
