Devoted husband, adoring father, cherished son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Dave passed away suddenly Wednesday morning, April 13, 2022.  He was 40 years of age.  Born and raised in Cambridge, he is the son of Judith "Judy" (Thompson) Theriault of Medford and the late Robert Theriault.  David graduated from St. Peter's Grammar School in Cambridge and then attended Arlington Catholic High School, graduating with the Class of 1999.  He attended classes at UMass Lowell for a short time but soon later began his career working in the health insurance field.  In February of 2008, Dave met his beloved wife Jodi (Geremonte).  The couple would have been celebrating their 7 ^th wedding anniversary on the 19 ^th of April.  Anyone who knows Dave, knows his love of playing video games.  In 2009, a dream came true for Dave when he began working for Harmonix Video Game Company in Boston.  He helped develop and create The Beatles Rock Band video game, something which he was VERY proud of.  He had the honor to work at the company for a year before getting back into the health insurance industry.  Dave was currently employed at Public Partnerships in Boston, formerly known as Public Consulting Group.  He was with the company for 10 years and currently held a position as the Manager of Revenue Cycle.

A Medford resident, David was a smart, quiet, kind, witty and gentle soul who was devoted to his wife and young daughter.  In addition to playing video games, Dave also enjoyed playing music.  He had a talent for cooking in the kitchen but most importantly he thoroughly enjoyed playing with his young daughter, Charlotte.  He will be remembered by his warm smile and his love for his family.  Dave will be tremendously missed by his family and all of those he touched with his gentle nature.

(Geremonte) Theriault of Medford.  Adored and loving father of Charlotte Faye Theriault of Medford.  Cherished brother of Christine Johnson and her husband Brad of Billerica and Daniel Theriault and his partner Jamie Crosby of Woburn.  Son-in-law of Donna Geremonte of Revere.  Dear Uncle of Benjamin Johnson of Billerica, Nicholas Cloe of Templeton, Zackary Cloe of Revere.  Brother-in-law of Lori Cloe and her husband Chuck of Revere, Kristi Bartley and her husband Craig of Metheun, Dana Geremonte of Revere.  Dave is also lovingly survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS:  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Dave's visiting hours on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at the Carafa Family Funeral Home, 389 Washington Ave., CHELSEA, from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.  Funeral Services and interment are PRIVATE.

Also, please consider donating to the Go Fund Me, In Memory of David Theriault , set up by David's sister, Christine Johnson.  This money will be used to ease Jodi and Charlotte's financial burden so they can focus on grieving and healing while they mourn this unfathomable loss.  Any extra money will be put away for Charlotte's future savings.
