Felicita entered eternal rest, Friday, April 22, 2022 at the Glenridge Nursing Home in Medford.  She was 90 years of age.  Born and raised in Rio Piedra, Puerto Rico, she is the daughter of the late Bernardo Velazquez and Francisca (Garcia).  Felicita came to the United States in 1970 and she settled in Chelsea.  She dedicated her working career as a homemaker, taking care of her home and her large family.  Felicita was a Chelsea resident for almost 50 years before taking residence at the Glenridge Nursing Home in Medford.  She will be forever missed by all who loved her.

Felicita is the beloved mother of Jorge Antonio Rosa, Ruben Rosa and the Gloria Esther Rosa.  Devoted grandmother to Jose Antonio Rosa, Jr., Wanda Ivette Williams, Madelin Rosa, Rosemary Rosa, Hector Ruben Rosa, Deisy Raquel Rosa, Jorge Ruben Rosa, Carlos Ramirez, Brenda Lee Ramirez, Wilfredo Rosa, Jr., Denise E Rosa, Jocelyn M. Valentin, Cesar F Valentin, Isabel Valentin, Gloria Silva.

FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS:  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours in the Carafa Family Funeral Home, 389 Washington Ave., CHELSEA, on Wednesday, April 27 ^th from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M.  Felicita's Funeral Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home on Thursday and will begin promptly at 11:30 A.M.  Services will conclude with interment at Pine Grove Cemetery in Lynn.
