Fraser passed away unexpectedly at home on August 25, 2016. He was 70 years of age. Born in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, he is the son of the late Herbert Malcolm and Ivy C. (Goodhall) Delaney. Fraser came to the United States when he was just a baby. He attended Chelsea Public Schools and graduated from Chelsea High School, Class of 1964. After high school, Fraser attended Bentley College and received a Bachelor's Degree in accounting. Throughout his working career, he worked at Maynard Plastics Company and Regis Inventory Company.

Fraser is the beloved brother of Gloria Williams and her husband of Sanford, ME and Diane Antonucci of Revere. Brother-in-law of the late Phillip Antonucci. Dear uncle of Amy Gattoni of Beverly, Stephanie Reehl of ME, Kim Colon of Salem, Phillip Antonucci of Revere.
