Grace passed away Saturday evening, December 6, 2014, at home, surrounded by loving family. She was 100 years of age. Born and raised in Chelsea, Grace is the daughter of the late James H. and Susan A. (Hampton) Cronin. Grace attended St. Rose School in Chelsea and graduated from St. Rose High School in 1932. Lifelong resident of Chelsea, Grace remained in the city taking care of her home and family. She was a late member of the Chelsea Senior Center. Grace was an avid Red Sox fan, even at the age of 100. For her 100th Birthday, Grace's family took her to Fenway Park where the personnel treat her with reverence and dignity. The same way the beloved ball park has been taken care of for the past 100 years.

Grace was the wife of the late Philip J. Giordano. Beloved mother of Grace M. Hunt and her husband Peter of Lexington, Patricia A. Page of Chelsea, and the late Kathleen A. Trimarchi. Dear sister of Mary Panzica of Brighton and the late Margaret Dewsnap, Zita Lyons, Camilla Keohane, Phyllis Cooper, William Cronin. Mother-in-law of the late William Page. Also lovingly survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
