Jim entered into eternal rest, Monday morning, September 23, 2019 at the West Revere Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family. He was 83 years of age.  Born in Brockton, he is the son of the late Daniel F. and Ethel B. (Betts) Reardon.  Jim attended grammar school in Brockton but later moved to Chelsea, where he attended Chelsea High School.  Jim was a truck driver throughout all of his working career, working for various trucking companies.  He resided in Chelsea for many years before moving to Swampscott, but most recently he has been residing in Lynn for the past year.  Jim will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.

Jim was the husband of the late Evelyn L. (Bernard) Reardon. Father of Debra A. Gesualdi, Cynthia A. Brennan, both of Chelsea, Karen Rekas of Everett, Michael R. Reardon of Florida, Barbara A. "Barbie" Conlon of West Boylston and the late James R. "Jimmy Boy" Reardon.  Dear brother of Jeremiah Reardon of Meredith, N.H., and of the late Mary Woody, Daniel Reardon, John Reardon, Harold Reardon, George Reardon, William Reardon, David Reardon.  Also lovingly survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS:  Jim's Memorial Service will be conducted at The Chapel at Woodlawn Cemetery, 302 Elm St., Everett on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 1:00 P.M.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
