Jazlyn passed away unexpectedly, Thursday afternoon, December 28, 2017 at the Children's Hospital in Boston, after succumbing to a childhood illness. She was 25 years of age.  Born in Boston, she is the daughter of Radames Garcia and Carmen Rodriguez, both of Worcester.

Jazlyn is the beloved sister of Sandra Garcia, Radames Garcia, Jr., Jennifer Garcia, Janice Garcia, Jonathan Rodriguez, Brian Rodriguez, Janet Cordero, Melvin Cordero, Osbel Cordero, Omar Cordero. Dear granddaughter of Pedro and Maria Rodriguez of Puerto Rico.  Also lovingly survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and family in Puerto Rico.

FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS:  Funeral from the Carafa Family Funeral Home 389 Washington Ave. Chelsea on Tuesday, January 16 at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Rose Church 600 Broadway Chelsea at 10:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.  Visiting hours Monday from 6-8 P.M.  Interment St. Mary Cemetery in Lynn
