Linda passed away unexpectedly Monday afternoon, November 18, 2019 at the Steward Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. She was 60 years of age.  Born and raised in Chelsea, she is the daughter of the late James S. and Lucy M. (Ryan) Creamer.  Linda attended Chelsea Public Schools and graduated from Chelsea High School, Class of 1977.

Linda is the wife of the late John Hamel. Beloved mother of Matthew Hamel of Lowell and Michael Hamel of Nebraska.  Dear sister of Patricia "Patty" Schlicher and her husband Joseph of Saugus, Dorothy Capone and her husband Gerald of Saugus, Nancy Bright and her husband James of Billerica, Robert Creamer of Quincy and the late James Creamer, John Creamer, Richard Creamer.  Sister-in-law of Lisa Creamer of Woburn and Cheryl Creamer of Peabody. Also lovingly survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
