Pamela passed away unexpectedly, Saturday evening, December 12, 2015, at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Chelsea, she is the daughter of the late William "Bill" and Barbara (Sennett) Spada. Pamela was a high school graduate and attended classes at the Chelsea Soldier's Home to become a certified Licensed Practical Nurse. Pam worked at the Soldier's Home as a LPN and also worked for other health service agencies throughout her working career. She retired in 2010 to become a full time grandmother. Pam resided in Everett with her family and took great pride in caring for her adored grandson, Tyler. She will be missed by all who loved her.

Pam is the devoted wife of Harold R. Cushman of Everett. Beloved mother of William "Bill" Cushman and his wife Kayla, Steven Cushman, all of Everett and Michael Cushman of Chelsea. She is also lovingly survived by 1 grandson, Tyler Cushman of Everett, many cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
