Peter entered into eternal rest Saturday, November 30, 2019 at the Melrose Wakefield Hospital in Melrose.  He was 65 years of age.  Born and raised in Revere, he is the son of the late Peter J. and Mary T. (O'Connor) Angeleri. Peter attended Revere Public Schools, graduating from Revere High School, Class of 1972.  After high school Peter attended Salem State College for one year.  Leaving college, he enlisted in the US Army on June 30, 1973, during the Vietnam War era.  He was honorably discharged on June 27, 1975.  Throughout most of his working career Peter worked at the US Post Office in Arlington.  He began his Postal career as a Postal Clerk and later became a Supervisor for the duration of his active career. He dedicated 20 years of service before his declining health issues caused Peter to leave the Postal Service.  Peter was a late member of the Revere Moose Lodge # 1272 and the VFW Beachmont Post #6712.  He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

Peter is the beloved father of Mary O'Brien and her husband Patrick of North Chelmsford, Peter J. Angeleri of Philadelphia.  Former husband of Grace H. (Myette) Angeleri.  Dear brother of Sandie Fillmore and her husband Bob of Utah, Pamela Angeleri of Winthrop.  Also lovingly survived by 1 grandson, Owen O'Brien of North Chelmsford.

FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS:  Peter's Memorial Service will be conducted at the Carafa Family Funeral, 389 Washington Ave. Chelsea, Friday, December 6, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 Noon. Services will conclude with inurnment at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
