Richard passed away Friday evening, December 5, 2014, at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was 56 years of age. Born in Chelsea, he is the son of the late James S. and Lucy M. (Ryan) Creamer. Richard attended Chelsea Public Schools. When he was 18 years old, Richard enlisted in the US Navy on December 27, 1974. He was honorably discharged on September 18, 1975. Richard has been a resident of Revere for the last 17 years. He worked as a driver for Patriot Taxi until his illness no longer allowed for him to work.

Richard is the beloved husband of Cheryl A. (Cyr) Creamer, with whom he shared 37 years of marriage. Devoted father of Richard J. Creamer and his wife Elizabeth of VA, Sean J. Creamer and his wife Michelle of Peabody, Jamie Creamer and her fianc Kimberly Hawkins of NY. Dear brother of Patricia "Patty" Schlicher and her husband Joseph of Saugus, James Creamer and his wife Lisa of Wakefield, Dorothy Capone and her husband Gerald of Saugus, Linda Hamel of Lawrence, Nancy Bright and her husband James of Billerica, Robert Creamer and his companion PJ of Winthrop and the late John Creamer. Also lovingly survived by 4 grandchildren, Ronan J., Brody P., Micayla L., Brayden D. Creamer and several nieces and nephews.
